While browsing through the D&G Spring 2012 collection this look caught my attention. I have to say...I'm feeling it! The entire look to me is soo chic & just screams fashionista! It makes me think of being at a fabulous resort & sipping tropical drinks near the pool...lol! LOVE it. :)

Versace Spring 2012

The ocean is what inspired Donatella Versace for this collection. I immediately fell in love with the colors, patterns, cuts (ok...basically EVERYTHING..lol) of these pieces! By adding seashells, starfish, seahorses, & fish on a series of dresses & chic separates, this collection gave off a beautiful whimsical persona.

Black & whites set the foundation, as pale blues, purples, greens, & yellows played on the beautiful oceanic patterns.

Stud embellishments brought select garments to life, either patterned on bodices or waistbands.

Accessories included funky studded handbags & signature skyhigh platform sandals decorated with sea creatures. (How amazing are these shoes?!?)

L.A.M.B. Spring 2012 Show

It was love at first sight as soon I saw Gwen Stefani's latest Spring 2012 L.A.M.B. collection!!! Each piece individually won my heart over :) & I can honestly say I would def rock everything from this presentation/collection. Gwen featured a wide range of many bold prints, military-styled & tailored jackets, long flowy gowns. Black & white were staple colors in this collection along with a bright pop of primary colors. Neutral tones & plaids were also featured in many of the styles.

Models wore beautiful maharaj-inspired gold necklaces that accentuated their looks.

One of my favorite things to do is mix really edgy pieces with girly/feminine soft pieces...& this line really took that into effect! Here, taking a rocker motorcycle leather jacket & pairing it with a feminine dress is so sexy!

Nicole Scherzinger for Marie Claire September 2011

Nicole Scherzinger is featured inside Marie Claire's September 2011 issue (US edition). In the interview with the magazine, the 33 year old beauty opens up on ambition, being a hard worker & a perfectionist, the new chapter in her life and 'Killer Love', but also on pop-reality shows & Simon Cowell. Nicole Scherzinger is featured in Marie Claire's September issue. Inside the magazine, she confessed that it was her parents work ethic & a Whitney Houston cassette tape to inspire her ambition. "I definitely have the eye of the tiger. I’ve fought my way to where I am & will continue to do so. I’m a hard worker - I get it from my family. We only know work. Nothing was handed to us. When I believe in something, I go after it. It’s very hard to tell me 'no'", Nicole states.

The former Pussycat Doll is having a great year. She will be a judge on X Factor & will release her new solo album called 'Killer Love'. "I'm a perfectionist, so when I'm in it, I don't know if things are good or not. I'm like, 'Is that good? Are you sure that was good? It could have been better.' Because for me, things can always be better," the singer told the magazine.

Nevertheless, Nicole reveals she's rather the nerdy type & she doesn't try to be cool. "I'm kind of a nerd. My assistant said the other day when she was watching me get ready, 'I wish people saw this side of you. You are really a nerd.' I was rushing around, trying on different make-up — so I had like five different foundations on one side, & a bunch of different lipstick & eye pencils on the other side of my cheek — & my hair was like some crazy side-ponytail, & I was wearing two different shoes asking, 'Which one looks better? What should I do?' as I tripped everywhere. I really don't try to be cool, because I'm not," she says.

Nonetheless, Cassie is truly one of my style inspirations. Not only is she absolutely beautiful...her style is hip, edgy, & totally unique! Cassie isn't known for playing it safe. She's the type of girl to be able to rock a pair of Jordan's & skinny jeans..& the next day a dope dress & skyscraper heels! No question about it, this girls got SWAG. What do you guys think of her looks?

These are my top 10 Fashion Must-Haves for your wardrobe.  These pieces are key basics that I think every girl should have in their closet.  They all are very versatile & can be worn for many different occasions etc. These pieces won't ever go out of style so you can use them season throughout season!

1. A pair of dark denim skinny jeans.

Darker rinses are more flattering since darker colors tend to recede and make things look smaller . You can dress them up or dress them down making them the perfect wardrobe basic!

Blazers add structure to your frame not to mention they instantly update almost any outfit. Invest in black or charcoal, then throw in a few funky colors & patterns just for fun!
